How Do I Log In To TTS?

Once you’ve signed up, you will be sent a username and password for the TTS Members’ site. PLEASE NOTE, PAYPAL IS HAVING SOME PROBLEMS CURRENTLY (nothing to do with TTS!) and is sending the login details a little slower than usual. Please be patient. :o)

Go to www.trainertrackstats.com/member/member.php and enter your username and password in the boxes provided. You will then be presented with the members’ homepage.

To get to the download area, and the page where the qualifiers are posted, please click the link under ‘Your Subscriptions’. See below (note, your subscription may say ‘Silver’ or ‘Bronze’) -

How Do I Upgrade To TTS Silver or Gold Membership?

To upgrade:

1. Go to http://www.trainertrackstats.com/member/member.php, and enter your username and password in the boxes

2. On the right hand side of the screen, there is a box entitled, 'Add / Renew Your Subscription'. Just click the '*Select Product*' link and a drop down list will appear.

3. Choose Silver or Gold from the drop down list, and then click 'Order'.

4. You will now be forwarded to PayPal's secure website from where you can complete your order.

NOTE: if you do not have a PayPal account, simply click the link toward the bottom left of the screen that says 'Continue', just after where it asks, "Don't Have A PayPal Account?" This will enable you to pay by credit card or bank account.

5. You will be emailed your new subscription details.

6. IMPORTANT: When you upgrade your membership, don't forget to cancel your original subscription to prevent accidental billing.

Are you still offering an email service?

No. This season we will be posting the daily selections to a secure Members Area which will be

available to all subscribers.

How do I access the Members Site?

Simply go to http://www.trainertrackstats.com/member/member.php

Login using the username and password that were emailed to you and this will take you to the

Members’ area, where the selections will be posted from September 1st.

I've lost / did not receive my Login Details

Simply go to http://www.trainertrackstats.com/member/member.php

Enter your email address in the Lost Password box and click send. Your details will be sent out to

you again.

Help! I can't find the Daily Selections Page.

Simply click on the word Bronze, Silver or Gold (depending on your subscription level) underneath

the title, Your Subscription, and this will take you to the daily selection page.

When are the selections posted?

We post the selections the night before almost always. Occasionally, however, they will appear in the morning before racing.

I need to download the TTS manual again. Where do I download the TTS manual from?

Simply click on the word Bronze, Silver or Gold (depending on your subscription level) underneath

the title, Your Subscription, and this will take you to the TTS download page.

Can I pay by a method other than paypal?

No, Unfortunately Paypal is the only payment method we have at the moment.

I am having difficulty using paypal…

Sorry, but any PayPal related questions will need to be directed to PayPal. Your password, email address and card details that you’ve previously used can be changed by emailing PayPal.

NOTE: You do NOT need a PayPal account to use PayPal.

Can I upgrade my subscription?

Of course. Simply login to the Members Area and under the Add / Renew Subscription title there

is a drop down menu with the relevant subscription upgrades. Select the subscription you require

and click on Order. This will take you through the payment process.

Can I change my password? Can I change my details?

Yes. In the Members Area simply click on Change Password / Edit Profile

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time by logging into your Paypal account

and unsubscribing from TTS.
